PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a position of a cutting edge of a slitter blade, with a simple structure, without requiring installation of a sensor, such as an optical sensor.SOLUTION: A cutting-edge position adjusting device includes: a position detector for detecting a slitter blade position based on a rotation amount of a servomotor 47 for moving a slitter blade 50 up and down; a current detection circuit for detecting a drive current of the servomotor; a control unit for driving the servomotor so that a cutting edge of the slitter blade approaches a contact plate 34 of a slitter blade receiver while the both are relatively moved by a set distance LS in a direction intersecting a corrugated cardboard conveying direction FD, from a position where the slitter blade receiver 30 and the slitter blade engage with each other; and a working memory 112 for storing a measured slitter blade position, when the drive current detected while the motor is driven reaches a threshold CS. A position of a cutting edge of the slitter blade is adjusted based on the stored slitter blade position. |
