PURPOSE: An insurance policy transaction system and a method thereof are provided to calculate an amount in the transfer of an insurance policy, provide the calculated amount to a transferring terminal, perform a transfer function, thereby maximizing the benefit of the user of the transferring terminal. CONSTITUTION: An insurance policing transaction system (200) comprises a communication unit (210), a storage unit (220), and a control unit (230). The communication unit receives a variety of information transmitted from a transferring terminal, a transferred terminal, an insurance server, and a financial server, etc under the control of the control unit. The storage unit stores various user interfaces (UI) and/or graphic user interfaces (GUI), and data and programs necessary for operation of the insurance policing transaction system.
