PURPOSE: A goods sales system using a performance contract is provided to effectively and economically manage energy by selling ecofriendly energy saving goods in an easily accessible way. CONSTITUTION: A seller (10) and a buyer sign an energy saving performance contract and the buyer uses utilization equipment to purchase in advance. A first DB server unit (30) classifies, stores and manages existing first statistical data about energy consumption into utilization equipment type and period. A second DB server (40) classifies, stores and manages second statistical data about actual energy consumption by utilization equipment type and period. A contract management server unit is connected to a financial institution server (50) in which a virtual dedicated account of a buyer and a seller of each utilization equipment is opened. The contract management server ounit includes an incentive transfer unit (160), an incentive excess determination unit (170) and an incentive transfer determination unit (180).
