DIE CASTING HIGH VACUUM MOLD STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A high-vacuum die casting mold structure is provided to block an inflow of air by blocking the inflow of the air completely, and to optimize a cast condition. CONSTITUTION: A high-vacuum die casting mold structure in which a three step partition is formed comprises a fixing mold (100) and a moving mold (200). In the fixing mold, a molten metal pouring material (300) for pouring a molten metal to an inside of a cavity (C) is prepared. The moving mold is prepared to be movable to a direction in which the moving mold adheres to the fixing mold closely. When the moving mold adheres to the fixing mold closely, the cavity in which the molten metal is poured is formed by making a pair with the fixing mold. An adhering part in which the fixing mold and the moving mold are adhered closely is formed in order to make a stepped pulley with three steps.
