PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system in which data processing for updating software is caused to be performed while avoiding a congestion time of a network or a device to thereby prevent processing degradation of the system.SOLUTION: A first server, a second server and one or more devices are connected via a network. The first server includes: an acquisition part for acquiring each of communications with the second server and the devices at an arbitrary time interval; a storage part for storing history information on a communication state acquired by a communication state acquisition part;a derivation part for deriving a communication threshold value out of history information of a communication state as to each of the second server and the device; and a transmission/reception part for acquiring data from the second server when a current communication state of the second server satisfies the communication threshold value, and transmitting data to the device when a current communication state of a device as the object of data transmission satisfies the communication threshold value. |
