PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which can provide an image excellent in both water resistance and solvent resistance and further improved in high-temperature blocking property, is suitably used for image formation using an inkjet method, and further has excellent storage stability of ink.SOLUTION: An ink composition contains: (a) a polymer compound and (b) water. The polymer compound includes a repeating unit (a-1) having a partial structure represented by general formula (1); 8-25 mass%, relative to the whole mass of the polymer compound, of a repeating unit (a-2) having a hydrophilic group; and a repeating unit (a-3) having a partial structure represented by general formula (2), and has a solubility parameter in an unneutralized state of 20.7-23.0 MPa. |
