APPARATUS FOR PROSESSING THE NOXIOUS GAS HAVING A CYCLONE GAS SCRUBBER

PURPOSE: A ventilation integrated PP fume hood for laboratory equipped with a cyclone gas washing apparatus is provided to increase space occupancy; to decrease material costs and labor costs; and to facilitated treating management points at once as a work process is shortened. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation integrated PP fume hood for laboratory with a cyclone gas washing apparatus comprises a gas inlet part (110); a gas washing part (120); and a washing liquid circulation part (130). The gas inlet part is equipped with an absorbing hood (115) on a first main body (111) with an internal space in a certain size and forcibly sucks a noxious gas generated from the internal space of the first main body by being equipped with at least a first blower of which the inlet is exposed on the upper surface of the inlet hood heading downward. A gas washing part has a second main body (121) with an internal space in a certain size in which acid droplets are induced to conduct inertial impaction onto the inner wall of a washer by vortex centrifugal force; multiple spray nozzles (123) which spray a washing liquid downward to react with the noxious gas in a sealed plate (124); a storage tank (129) in which the washing liquid is stored. A second blower (125) is equipped to generate the suction force which sucks the noxious gas heading upward in an upper part of an inner pipe (127) which is arranged in the second main body and discharges the gas purified by a neutralization reaction with the washing liquid. The washing liquid circulation part circulates and supplies the washing liquid stored in the storage tank to the spray nozzle side by a circulation pump (131) in a washing liquid circulation supply line.
