PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably move a bearing of a drive gear in a predetermined pre-load direction by a pre-load means and to improve operability of the drive gear assembled in the pre-load means, in an electric power steering device including the pre-load means for removing the backlash of the drive gear and a driven gear.SOLUTION: An electric power steering device, which is configured by attaching a guide case 50 housing a bearing case 40 housing a bearing 23A and a spring 60 to a mounting part 90 disposed in a gear housing 11B, includes a cavity part 47 in the thickness part along the guided part 101 of the bearing case 40. |
