PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for reusing combustible materials of rubble (wood) capable of (1) reducing cost, (2) speeding up treatment and (3) rendering the combustible materials of rubble harmless for regeneration.SOLUTION: In a treatment method for reusing combustible materials of rubble (wood), the combustible materials of rubble (wood) are used as a material without changing and are converted to chips. The chip particles are pulverized to 2 mm or less, are passed through a drying furnace, then, are charged in a carbonization/carbide separation plant and are carbonized at a temperature of 200°C or lower, and small-particle size carbide is separated, so as to obtain recyclable carbide comprising large-particle size carbide. Generated gas is secondarily burned by a secondary combustion furnace to increase a temperature of the gas to 700-1,000°C. The high temperature gas is dried and circulated in the drying furnace, and is used for a heat source for activation to produce activated charcoal. |
