PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice output device for performing voice output setting suitable for the moving state of a user with respect to a voice which the user is listening to and viewing, and for preventing loss in hearing a specific voice among surrounding voices.SOLUTION: The voice output device includes: a voice output part 11 for outputting a voice; a movement detection part 1 for detecting the movement of a voice output device; a moving state determination part 2 for determining the moving state of the device on the basis of the detection result of the movement detection part 1; an own position detection part 3 for detecting the position of the device; a destination vicinity determination part 5 for determining whether or not the position of the device has reached in a predetermined distance from the first spot on the basis of the detection result of the own position detection part 3; and a band changing part 7 for changing the frequency band of a noise cancellation object among voices on the basis of the determination result of the moving state determination part 2 and the determination result of the destination vicinity determination part 5. |
