PURPOSE: A floating vest is provided to ensure easy adjustment and handling of the front and back parts of the floating vest and to avoid being caught by a fish hook and fishing line. CONSTITUTION: A floating vest contains a connecting part(6a) which connects the front part(2A) and back part of the vest under both armpit parts. The gap between the front and back parts is adjusted by an adjusting member placed on the connecting part. The adjusting member contains multiple hook members(12,13), an adjusting strap(15), and a fastening member(18). The hook members and the adjusting strap are contained inside the connecting part. The fastening member is exposed from an opening formed under the bottom part of the connection part. The exposed length of the adjusting strap is adjusted by the fastening member to adjust the gap between the front and back parts of the vest. |
