PURPOSE: An instrument transformer of gas insulated switchgear including a disconnecting switch and a grounding switch easily protects a core in dielectric breakdown between gaps by including a grounding member. CONSTITUTION: A shaft (200) is installed in the space of a housing to rotate in the forward and reverse directions. Multiple cores (300) are arranged at regular intervals in the space around the shaft. Multiple stators (400) are arranged at the lower end of the space to place a fixed contact of the upper end at the lower end of the core. Multiple insulating rods (500) are connected by the forward and reverse rotation of the shaft. Multiple movers (600) are connected to one end of the insulating rods and the lower end of the core by hinge.
