<p>PURPOSE: A system to operate customized health care bedrooms for inducing a good sleep and a method thereof are provided to induce users to have a good sleep by optimizing environments such as temperature, humidity, ventilation, and the color or brightness of lamps by room units according to ages of the users and user life cycles. CONSTITUTION: A system to operate customized health care bedrooms for inducing a good sleep comprises a temperature sensor unit (110), a moisture sensor unit (120), an illuminance sensor unit (140), and a bedroom micro controller (200). The temperature sensor unit includes a temperature sensor and outputs a temperature sensor signal in which is a temperature signal in the bedroom detected from the temperature sensor. The moisture sensor unit includes a moisture sensor and outputs a moisture sensor signal in which is a moisture signal in the bedroom detected from the moisture sensor. The illuminance sensor unit includes an illuminance sensor and outputs an illuminance sensor signal in which is an illuminance signal in the bedroom detected from the illuminance sensor. The bedroom micro controller receives the temperature sensor signal from the temperature sensor unit and generates a cooling/heating control signal. The bedroom micro controller receives the moisture sensor signal from the moisture sensor and generates a humidifier control signal. The bedroom micro controller receives the illuminance sensor signal from the illuminance sensor and generates a lamp control signal.
