PURPOSE: A large area graphene sheet is provided to enable users to mass-produce the graphene sheet with the large area without the cohesion using a chemical method, and to maximize structural and functional properties. CONSTITUTION: A large area graphene sheet(100) includes plural graphene oxides and a bridge. The graphene oxides include a functional group activated in the corner. The bridge includes plural functional groups reacting with the functional group on the graphene oxides, for combining the corners of the graphene oxides. The activated functional group of the graphene oxides is carbodiimide. The bridge combines with the activated functional group through the esterification using more than two catalysts selected from 1,3-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide(DCC), dimethylaminopyridine(DMAP), N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N`-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC), or N-hydroxyl succinimide(NHS). |
