PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an efficient maintenance plan of a system.SOLUTION: In a maintenance plan determination device, a reference strategy rule database stores a reference strategy of system maintenance in accordance with the deterioration or output of the system, and a simulation part maintains the system by each of candidates of a maintenance action at a first point of time, and when the system deteriorates in accordance with an abnormality model from the first point of time to a predetermined point of time, and the system is maintained in accordance with the reference strategy from a second point of time after the lapse of a fixed time since the first point of time to the predetermined point of time, the simulation part sets a search point of time in a search period from the first point of time to the second point of time, and executes an optimal strategy for searching an optimal maintenance action at the search point of time to maximize a maintenance action value to be calculated in accordance with the system output and maintenance costs from the first point of time to the predetermined point of time as for the system after maintenance, and a maintenance plan search part determines a maintenance action to be performed at the first point of time from among the candidates of the maintenance action on the basis of the maintenance action value. |
