PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing a cardboard sheet which improves joint accuracy of the cardboard sheet in a box making process by a box-making machine.SOLUTION: A device 1 for producing a cardboard sheet used for producing a cardboard sheet for making a cardboard box by forming a plurality of ruled lines by a box-making machine, and folding and jointing the cardboard sheet at positions of the respective ruled lines includes: a single facer 8 for producing a single-sided cardboard sheet; a double facer for producing a double-sided cardboard sheet; and a cutter device for cutting the cardboard sheet at a predetermined cutting length L. The single facer includes: a step pitch calculation device for calculating and setting a value of a step pitch so that the cutting length of the double-sided cardboard sheet is set at an integral multiple of a step pitch of a center core; a step pitch detection device for detecting a step pitch of the single-sided cardboard sheet; and a brake controller 44 for adjusting tension of a liner fed in the single facer so that the detected step pitch of the single-sided cardboard sheet is set equal to the set value of the step pitch. |
