PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform staging of web site content using open ID authentication at low cost.SOLUTION: A relying party stores first content for staging environment and first content for commercial environment. An open ID provider stores second content for staging environment and second content for commercial environment. A flag for environment identification showing whether an environment is a staging environment or a commercial environment is shared by the relying party and the open ID provider. In the staging environment, the relying party transmits the first content for staging environment to a terminal, and the open ID provider transmits the second content for staging environment to the terminal. In the commercial environment, the relying party transmits the first content for commercial environment to the terminal, and the open ID provider transmits the second content for commercial environment to the terminal. |
