PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating structure which allows for shortening of cooking time of a food product mainly utilizing a microwave oven, by forming, easily on various base materials, a microwave heating layer, generating heat when irradiated with microwaves.SOLUTION: The microwave heating structure comprises: a base material; and a microwave heating layer formed on the surface of the base material. The microwave heating layer contains a resin and an aluminum filler, and has a thickness of 50-500 μm. The aluminum filler has an average particle size of 1-30 μm, and is contained in the microwave heating layer at a concentration of 30-95 mass%. |
