摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bearing spindle device capable of shortening both of a radial support interval and axial support interval of a tool, thereby improving machining accuracy in a radial direction and positioning accuracy in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A main spindle 13 (spindle) has a disk 13a in a disk shape extending in a radial direction between one end 11a (tool end) thereof and a main spindle motor 14, a radial guide bearing 18A on the one end side is provided on a radial direction outer side of the disk 13a so as to support an outer peripheral surface of the disk 13a, a pair of axial magnetic bearings 16A, 16B and a pair of axial guide bearings 19A, 19B are provided on both sides in the axial direction of the disk 13a, respectively, and a radial magnetic bearing 15A on the one end side is provided between the one end 11a (tool end) and the disk 13a, or between the disk 13a and the main spindle motor 14.
