PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the abnormality of an electric part electrically connected to a power storage element.SOLUTION: A power storage system includes a power storage element (11) for charging and discharging, a DC/DC converter (50) for switching between the energizing and non-energizing of a transistors (54, 55) and rising the output voltage of the power storage element, and an electric part (20) arranged on a current path between the power storage element and the DC/DC converter. A controller (40) periodically switches between the energizing and non-energizing of the transistors to generate an AC signal, and uses a voltage fluctuation amount in flowing the AC signal into the power storage element and the electric part, as an indicator for determining the abnormality of the electric part. |
