摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in the number of secondary coils even when the series number of battery cells increases to suppress increase in size of a transformer, and to suppress variation between secondary windings to improve equalization accuracy, in equalization control for a voltage of a battery pack configured by connecting a plurality of battery cells.SOLUTION: A DSP 108, on the basis of a voltage of each battery cell 102 detected by a voltage monitoring part 107, instructs a switch controller 109 of a switching operation for operating any one of respective first switching elements 111 and a second switching element 114 to execute an equalization operation. A transformer balance circuit is configured by two stages of first and second transformer balance circuits 105 and 113. Each transformer balance circuit operates respectively and independently depending on variation in the battery cell 102 to perform equalization control. As a result, miniaturization of transformers, and improvement in accuracy of the equalization control due to individual switching control, are achieved.
