PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle apparatus capable of performing an operation of high efficiency in an exhaust heat recovering operation.SOLUTION: In a refrigeration cycle apparatus in which an outdoor heat source unit 1, an indoor unit and a hot water supply unit are connected, an air conditioning operation and a hot water supply operation can be independently performed, and an exhaust heat recovery operation can be performed by simultaneous cooling and hot water supplying operations, the outdoor heat source unit 1 includes a compressor 13 for compressing a refrigerant, a refrigerant-air heat exchanger 11 exchanging heat between the refrigerant and the outside air, an air blower 12 for cooling the refrigerant-air heat exchanger 11, a control device 17 including an invertor device 14 for driving the compressor 13, and a heat sink 19 for radiating the heat of the inverter device 14, and an switching element 15 in the inverter device 14 is constituted of an element formed of a wide band gap semiconductor. |
