PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite type acceleration angular velocity sensor with excellent noise resistance.SOLUTION: A composite sensor for measuring multiple physical amounts by using respectively different frequencies includes: a first signal generation circuit for generating a frequency to measure a first physical amount; a second signal generation circuit for generating a frequency to measure a second physical amount; a first signal level detection circuit for detecting a signal other than a frequency generated by the first signal generation circuit; and a second signal level detection circuit for detecting a signal other than a frequency to be generated by the second signal generation circuit. The sensor also includes: a first addition circuit for adding an output signal detected by the first signal level detection circuit to an output signal where a frequency for measuring the second physical amount is converted; and a second addition circuit for adding an output signal detected by the second signal level detection circuit to an output signal where a frequency for measuring the second physical amount is converted. |
