摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control device for a hybrid vehicle which reduces impact torque transmitted to a rotor of a second electric motor when releasing a parking range.SOLUTION: When a parking range is released with a P switch 41a of a shift operating device 41 from a stop state in which a brake BK is connected, connecting force of the brake BK is reduced so as to allow the brake BK to slip. Thus, when the parking range is released and operated with the P switch 41a of the shift operating device 41, the impact torque transmitted to the rotor 24 of the second electric motor MG2 can be reduced since rapid torque transmission is absorbed on the basis of slipping of the brake BK. Consequently, troubles generated on the rotor 24 of the second electric motor MG2 and a housing 26 rotatably supporting the rotor 24 can be prevented.
