PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage recorded video data consisting of stream broadcasts recorded by a plurality of set top boxes (STBs) in a unified way without duplications and omissions.SOLUTION: A network storage device 200 accumulates recorded video data consisting of recorded stream broadcasts uploaded from a plurality of STBs 600 capable of receiving stream broadcasts in a recorded video data storage unit 230. When there is an upload request from an STB 600, information on a scope of GOP divided data of all GOP divided data existing in a scope of recorded video data is acquired on the basis of information on the of recorded video data indicating the scope of data by using the PCR value of a PCR packet included in the upload request and the detected position of a GOP data included in analysis data derived by analyzing a TS packet included in a stream broadcast. Then, the information on the scope of GOP divided data is transmitted to the STB 600, and the GOP divided data uploaded from the STB 600 is stored in the recorded video data storage unit 230. |
