PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of conducting an optimization process for a 3D shape estimation value of a subject according to the frequency band of an image.SOLUTION: A frequency band processing part 120 filters each pixel of an image acquired by an image acquisition part 110, and a frequency band characteristic evaluation part 130 calculates a frequency band evaluation value for each pixel of a plurality of images filtered. An effective frequency determination part 140 calculates an effective frequency of an image on the basis of the frequency band evaluation value, and calculates a correction parameter and an interpolation parameter on the basis of the effective frequency. A candidate value estimation part 150 evaluates a focus for each pixel of the plurality of images on the basis of a contrast evaluation value according to the frequency evaluation value, and calculates a shape candidate value of a subject. A data correction part 160 performs correction and interpolation of the shape candidate value using the correction parameter and the interpolation parameter and calculates an interpolation shape candidate value. |
