PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of suitably ventilating inside a void with air smoothly flowing from a lower portion of the void toward an upper portion thereof.SOLUTION: A building 1 comprises: a void 5 which is arranged inside the building 1 in a manner that extends in a vertical direction of the building with an upper opening thereof communicated with a roof of the building and a lower opening thereof communicated with a surrounding of a lower section of the building through a communication passage; and void side corridors 10 which are arranged in a manner that surrounds a circumference of the void 5. The building 1 also has air draft control sections 20 which are positioned inside a space of the void 5 with inclined surfaces 11 installed on void side edge sections 9 of the void side corridors 10 and obliquely erected from the void side corridor 10 towards the void 5. |
