PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room wherein a person, who enters the room a bit behind a set time of a turn-on timer, can feel fully warm in heating operation which is started by the turn-on timer.SOLUTION: A turn-on timer for heating operation is set by means of a turn-on timer function, and the heating operation is started by the turn-on timer. In this case, when a control device 20 determines that there is no person in a room as a space to be air-conditioned according to the output signal from a human body detection sensor 14 at a set time of the turn-on timer, unattended heating capability priority operation is executed wherein a room blast fan 9 is operated immediately after the start of heating operation at the rate of rotation which is higher than the rate of rotation of the room blast fan 9 immediately after the start of the heating operation when a determination is made that there exists a person in the room at the set time of the turn-on timer. |
