PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a leakage speed of a lubricant when lubricant leakage occurs with respect to improvement of a suspension device.SOLUTION: A suspension device includes a cylindrical clearance 3 that is formed between overlapping parts of an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 2 to retain a lubricant, an outer bearing 4 that is held on an inner periphery of the outer tube 1 and slidingly contacts with an outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 2, and an oil seal 50 that is held in series with the outer bearing 4 on an inner periphery close to an outside air side than the outer bearing 4 of the outer tube 1, slidingly contacts with the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 2, and closes an outside air side opening of the cylindrical clearance 3. The cylindrical clearance 3 is formed with a sliding clearance 30 that is arranged on a counter oil seal side of the outer bearing 4 and a liquid reservoir chamber 31 that is arranged between the outer bearing 4 and the oil seal 50 and communicates with the sliding clearance 30 via a communication path L. The sliding clearance 30 includes a lubricant retaining means 6 that can retain a lubricant while storing the lubricant therein. |
