PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel-tank supporting structure of a working machine capable of increasing a capacity of a fuel tank while providing the fuel tank by utilizing a space between a pair of left/right vertical frames.SOLUTION: A pair of right/left vertical frames 32R and 32L for supporting a driving seat in a state that they rise from a machine body frame 17 are provided. A fuel tank 75 is provided between the pair of right/left vertical frames 32R and 32L. The fuel tank 75 is provided with a bulging part 77 which bulges to the right/left-direction outer side from the vertical frame 32L through a cutaway 76 formed in one vertical frame 32L in a plan view.
