PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual network control device for constructing a virtual network in which tolerance against network state change is enhanced.SOLUTION: While determining whether or not a virtual network is in stable state, with regard to a virtual network which is brought into stable state by virtual network control based on the attractor selection executed using a preset threshold of performance information, the virtual network control device 1 reduces the threshold of performance information and executes virtual network control based on the attractor selection. When the state of a virtual network becomes unstable by reducing the threshold of performance information, the virtual network control device 1 searches an optimum threshold of performance information by increasing the threshold, and executes virtual network control. |
