PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element which can suitably extract light over a wide wavelength band and also can greatly reduce the view angle dependency of luminance and hue for light of a single color or a synthesized color of plural colors.SOLUTION: The light-emitting element comprises, in an organic layer 13 sandwiched between a first electrode 11 and a second electrode 12, a first luminous layer 13a and a second luminous layer 13b which each emit light of a single color or a two or more colors differing from each other in a visible light region. A first reflection interface 17 is formed on the first electrode 11 side. A semi-transparent layer 14, a first transparent layer 15, and a second transparent layer 16 are included in order between the organic layer 13 and the second electrode layer 12. A second reflection interface 18 is formed between the first transparent layer 15 and the second transparent layer 16, and a third reflection interface 19 is formed between the second transparent layer 16 and the second electrode layer 12. |
