PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hollow molded body excellent in hermetic properties, and to provide an apparatus for manufacturing the hollow molded body excellent in hermetic properties.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a hollow molded body includes a process wherein a container 2 made by molding a forming material including a thermoplastic resin and a lid 3 made by molding a light transmitting material are used, and a gas G, which is heated at a temperature higher than a room temperature so as to be in a range lower than a melting point of the thermoplastic resin, is blown into a space S surrounded by a sidewall and a bottom part of the container 2. The method further includes a process wherein the container 2 is enclosed by the lid 3, a contact part of the top part of the sidewall and the lid 3 is laser fused, and the heated gas G is sealed in the space S. |
