PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus, measuring method, transmitter, battery pack, electronic apparatus, electric vehicle, power storage device and electric power system, capable of facilitating the measurement of electric power and particularly even DC power.SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus includes a measuring section that measures the amount of energy, a timer that counts timing; and a power calculation section that calculates electric power from the amount of energy at two different timings and the time at different timings counted by a timer.
