PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive black resin composition that can easily form a resin black matrix having high light shielding properties, high insulation properties, blue reflection characteristics and excellent visibility, and that is used to obtain a thin-film resin black matrix that has sufficient light shielding properties and on which a transparent electrode or the like can be formed without disconnection of the transparent electrode.SOLUTION: A photosensitive black resin composition contains at least (A) a black pigment and (B) a non-black pigment as a light shielding material, and contains (C) an alkali-soluble resin, (D) a polyfunctional acrylic monomer, (E) a photoradical polymerization initiator, and (F) an organic solvent. The weight rate of (A) the black pigment to the total weight of the light shielding material is 60 wt.% or higher and 95 wt.% or lower. The photosensitive black resin composition contains (A-1) a carbon black as (A) the black pigment, and (B-1) a yellow pigment and (B-2) a red pigment as (B) the non-black pigment. |
