PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist device for a movable body capable of preventing the flip-up of a top-railed sliding door when a contact body contacts with a receiving body in a simple structure.SOLUTION: An assist device for a movable body includes: a base movably supported by a rail provided in a substrate; a receiving body provided in the substrate; a hanging implement provided in the movable body moving relatively to the substrate to movably suspend the movable body on the rail and connected to the base; a contact body capable of reciprocating in a first direction to the base and configured to be engageable and disengageable with the receiving body; an energizing mechanism energizing the contact body; and a regulating part projecting to the substrate side from the hanging implement or the base. |
