PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shovel for shortening a time of period from the time when an operator arrives at a work place where a shovel is on standby to the time when the shovel starts to be operated.SOLUTION: An motor is driven with power supplied from a power storage device. A radio communication device communicates with an information terminal . A control device warms up the power storage device when receiving a warm-up start command signal through the radio communication device.
