PURPOSE: A data communication method based on an unlicensed band is provided to wirelessly communicate based on an unlicensed band in a wireless communication system including a first type network object and a second type network object which is different from the first type network object. CONSTITUTION: A cellular base station receives first information about a location of User Equipment (UE) which is connected to at least one of a first type network object and a second type network object (S420). The cellular base station determines whether the cellular base station directs the second type network object to operate in an unlicensed band based on the first information. The cellular base station directs the second type network object to operate in the unlicensed band (S440).
