PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up an initial rise of excitation current at a timing when a polarity of the excitation current is switched.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge circuit 13 charges counter-electromotive voltages generated alternately in one end L2 and the other end L1 of an exciting coil L to respectively corresponding capacitative element C1 and capacitative element C2, and supplies discharge current alternately from the C1 to the L2 or from the C2 to the L1 based on excitation signals SA, SB. At this time, when the discharge current is supplied from either one of the C1 and the C2, either the other of the C1 and the C2 is charged with a power source potential VP. |
