PURPOSE: An intranet security management system, a blocking server and a security method thereof are provided to minimize external exposure of the intranet, and to prevent a hacker from invading a relay server or a central server of the intranet fundamentally. CONSTITUTION: A central server includes authentication information database storing access authentication information, and receives access information. The central server compares the access information with access authentication information of the authentication information database, and transmits the access authentication if the access information coincides with the access authentication information of the authentication information database. If the central server receives data request related with the authenticated access information, the central server transmits requested data complying with the data request. When a blocking server receives access information, client identifier and data request from a client, the blocking server blocks access of the client and transmits access information to the central server. When the blocking server receives access authentication from the central server, the blocking server transmits data request to the central server and then receives requested data and transmits the requested data to the client by using the client identifier.
