PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by identically forming the shape of a pattern of an organic light-emitting layer and a pattern of a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode, an organic layer, and a second electrode are successively formed on a substrate. The shape of the second electrode and the organic layer are same. An external terminal of the second electrode is insulated with the first electrode and is included in the substrate. A conductive pattern electrically interlinks the second electrode and the external terminal of the second electrode. An insulating layer is formed between the first electrode and the external terminal of the second electrode. |
