PURPOSE: An organic electronic device using a novel compound is provided to ensure high efficiency, driving voltage and lifetime. CONSTITUTION: A novel compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. The compound of chemical formula 1 is prepared by Suzuki coupling reaction of acryl boronic acid or aryl boronate compounds with a halide aryl compound under the presence of palladium catalyst. An organic electronic device comprises a first electrode, second electrode, and organic layer between the first and second electrodes. The organic layer contains the compound of chemical formula 1. The organic layer comprises a hole injection layer, hole transport layer or both thereof. |
