PURPOSE: A three-dimensional energy conversion device using a micro-nano channel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement a sustainable energy source, by forming an ion permselective membrane. CONSTITUTION: An ion permselective membrane (120) transmits fluid. The ion permselective membrane generates the streaming potential. A first and a second polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) layer (110,120) are formed on the upper part and the lower part of the ion permselective membrane respectively. The first and the second PDMS layer include at least one micro channel (111,131). The micro channel provides inflow and outflow path of the fluid. |
