PURPOSE: An implant fixture is provided, which can maximize the supporting force after the synostosis and can improve initial fixing force. CONSTITUTION: An implant fixture comprises an upper slope(10) which is formed in the same diameter as the middle portion and forms an incline in the size of the screw thread formed in the outer side; lots of the vertical grooves(13) formed in the upper slope; and a horizontal screw thread which is formed in the upper part of the vertical groove. In the screw thread of the total surface formed to the horizontal screw thread bottom side of a fixture, a large screw thread and a small screw thread are arranged in turns. The surface roughness of the top, middle, and bottom parts is differently formed. |
