PURPOSE: Cake type fermented bee feed using enzymes, and a producing method thereof are provided to reduce the fermentation time for the feed for improving the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cake type fermented bee feed using enzymes comprises the following steps: crushing pollen or pollen substitute(S100); mixing the crushed pollen or pollen substitute with a material capable of luring honeybees to obtain a main material(S200); processing the main material with the enzymes by adding 0.05-1 part of enzymes by weight into 100 parts of main material by weight(S250); fermenting the material; kneading the main material(S300); and molding the obtained dough to obtain cake(S400). The material capable of luring the honeybees is sugar. |
