PURPOSE: An agricultural product drying system and a method thereof are provided to process grains, vegetables and fruits into dried food. CONSTITUTION: A hopper (110) is for inserting and storing more than two agricultural products selected from grains, vegetables, and fruits. A trimming conveyor (120) transfers the agricultural products supplied from the hopper to a washing tank (130). The washing tank washes and rinses the agricultural products by spraying water and generating bubbles. More than one drying rack (140) is for hanging the rinsed agricultural products and naturally dehydrating. A heat-processing chamber (150) cooks the agricultural products using steam. A drying chamber dries the agricultural products into the water content of 15-25%. A dehumidifier (170) dehumidifies water containing moisture.
