PURPOSE: A device for controlling temperatures of heat sealers is provided to improve the quality by maintaining the temperature of a heat sealing unit to a predetermined temperature and preventing failed adhesion relative to objects in an adhesion process. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling temperatures of heat sealers comprises a first heater module (310), a second heater module (320), a first temperature dropping unit (321), a second temperature dropping unit (322), and a setting unit (600). The second temperature dropping unit repetitively opens a second control valve (362) and emits the coolant to the vapor to the outside when the temperature (X2a) of a sensed heat sealing unit (302a) is greater than a predetermined temperature (X1a<X2a) in the setting unit. The setting unit sets a generating interval of interval timing existing between pulse timing in a range of 1.0-3.0 seconds to block a first control valve (361) or the second control valve.
