The exchanger (110) has a fluid circulation circuit (112) to allow heat exchange between a refrigerant fluid in the fluid circulation circuit and an environment outside the heat exchanger. Another fluid circulation circuit (114) is sealed with respect to the former fluid circulation circuit and provided to allow heat exchange between a refrigerant fluid or heat transfer fluid in the latter fluid circulation circuit and the refrigerant fluid in the former fluid circulation circuit, where the fluid circulation circuits are provided in a serpentine form.
