The cover has a lid (20) connected to a frame (10) by a hinge device. The device rotates the lid relative to the frame around a horizontal rotation axis (EH) between closed and open positions. The device rotates the lid around a vertical rotation axis until vertical extraction/vertical insertion. The frame has an anti-theft stop (30) fixed in a position, which interferes with the lid when the lid is rotated around the vertical rotation axis from the open position toward the extraction/insertion position by preventing the lid from reaching the extraction/insertion position.
