The framework has an inner module formed of two inner uprights (5) connected by a wooden bracing panel (6), and two outer uprights (4), where one inner upright and one outer upright are connected by a connecting rod (16) for ensuring rebound of buckling. The inner module and the outer uprights define an insulating space into which a bale of straw is inserted. A high cross-piece (7) and a low cross-piece (8) connect the high and low parts of the inner uprights, where a distance separating the inner and outer uprights is equal to width or thickness of a parallelepipedic bale of straw.
